As the prequel and potential remake of my first short fiction series Baleful Corners, The Seventh explores and narrates similar settings cast far-off in an earlier time. Here, Adenburg is no city but a kingdom in a pseudo-medieval time caught in a fanatic uprising and wherein magick forms the basis of reality.
